Cari Grimes

Cari, a native of Orlando, FL and a resident of Clermont since the early 90’s, graduated from South Lake High School and right away worked in the construction and surveying industry. One year later Cari moved into the real estate industry and right away realized this was the job for her.  Here is where she learned how to manage the day to day operations as well as the accounting for the firm. She now works for Florida Property Management Experts as our accounting manager and head of maintenance. She now resides with her husband James and their two children in the Minneola area.
